NFTs or Non-Fungible Tokens are used to represent proof of ownership or authenticity of a unique item. We use them to provide a secure and transparent way to verify and immutably store data relating to held land.

Stores information for every parcel of DAO land.
Minting NFTs
Only available for minters of GST.
Land NFTs
Every parcel of land has its own unique NFT containing all the relevant information regarding that project.
To ensure transparency of both ownership and the value of DAO land, all deeds and appraisals will be available as their own unique NFTs.
- Land Deeds: Public proof that said land has been acquired, providing transparency of ownership for the confidence of our members. (PDF on IPFS).
- Land Appraisals: Public proof that land valuation is accurate, providing transparency of valuation for the confidence of our members. (PDF on IPFS).
- Land Details: Public information related to land, such as: size; acquired date; name; location; usage etc. This codifies all relevant land details. (Metadata).
Minting NFTs
Every time GST is minted, a unique NFT containing the details of the transaction will also be minted. Much like a receipt acting as proof that you minted GST.
We recommend our minters keep hold of these NFTs.
