The section above focuses on how to mint tokens, which is slightly different to becoming a member. As previously stated, in order to become a member one must simply hold GST in their wallet. Below are the three primary ways to do so:

1. Acquire already-minted GST using one of the following methods: 
   • An exchange;
   • In exchange for goods and services; 
   • The GST DAO web portal; or 
   • From a peer-to-peer transaction. 
2. Fund a land project purchase via our crowdfunding mechanism and get GST. 
3. Exchange land for GST.
