This paper introduces a new alternative win:win system designed to pair social and economic development with the restoration and protection of our natural world. We believe in thinking outside of the box to implement complimentary solutions that work inside the box.  

In designing the Green Standard Token Decentralised Autonomous Organisation (GST DAO) ecosystem we always returned to two questions: 

Q.1. What would nature do?

Q.2. What systems would it ask humans to implement to save itself?

We must consider, as the dominant species, that any solutions need to also benefit people. With this central to our thinking, the GST DAO system aligns stakeholders in society towards positive-sum outcomes by designing incentives that drive actions to directly and indirectly benefit both nature and people in the long and short term.
